TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE PAYMENTS

1.⁠ ⁠Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the online payments made by customers to Wurk International L.L.C-FZ (“we”, “our” or “us”) through our payment gateway, Total Pay, for the provision of our web portals, one-time services, and recurring services.

2.⁠ ⁠Payment Gateway and Accepted Payment Methods
•⁠  ⁠Payments are processed securely via our integrated payment gateway, Total Pay.
•⁠  ⁠We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

3.⁠ ⁠Currency
•⁠  ⁠All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
•⁠  ⁠However, customers can make payments in their local card currency (e.g., EUR, USD, ZAR, GHS, SAR, etc.). The applicable exchange rate will be determined by the payment gateway and/or the customer’s issuing bank at the time of transaction.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the following:

•⁠  ⁠If you make payment for your Subscription Plan by Payment Gateway, please follow the instructions for cancellation as set out in "My Account" page, at least twenty-four (24) hours before the next Applicable Billing Date. You can also check the expiry date of your Subscription Plan on the "My Account" page. For assistance please email billing@wurkapps.com alternatively you could chat to ur Live support agents on wurkapps.com on the help and support section.
•⁠  ⁠We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or whatsoever.

5.⁠ ⁠Confirmation of Payment
•⁠  ⁠Upon successful payment, customers will receive a confirmation via email or on-screen notification.
•⁠  ⁠If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us promptly to verify the payment status.
